Our returns policy couldn’t be simpler. Try your piece on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send it back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return for a refund, provided the piece is unused and in the original condition and packaging. Orders that have been personalised cannot be returned, if your order does not fit, you can return it to us and we will resize it free of charge. We love what we make and we want you to love your Lali piece too. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. We offer free national shipping for all orders above R1500. Deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days. You'll receive a notification when your order has been shipped. For orders under R1500, you can opt for free local pickup at Shop 10B, Parkview Centre, Tyrone Ave, Parkview, Johannesburg. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with instructions. If you prefer delivery for orders below R1500, a shipping fee of R125 will be added.
