Try your piece on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send it back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return for a refund, provided the piece is unused and in the original condition and packaging. Orders that have been personalised cannot be returned, if your order does not fit, you can return it to us and we will resize it free of charge. We love what we make and we want you to love your Lali piece too. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns so you will need to either courier the piece back to us or return it to Lali, Shop 10B, Parkview Centre, Tyrone Ave, Parkview, Johannesburg.

We offer free national shipping for all orders above R2000. Deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days. You'll receive a notification when your order has been shipped. For orders under R2000, you can opt for free local pickup at Shop 10B, Parkview Centre, Tyrone Ave, Parkview, Johannesburg. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with instructions. If you prefer delivery for orders below R2000, a shipping fee of R125 will be added.
